I am Angela, your insurance agent for the Beckley, WV and surrounding area of Southern West Virginia. I am a proud mom of a teenage daughter, Mallory. Unbelievably, she is now a licensed driver in my household, so needless to say I know all about youthful driver costs and discounts, so give me a call about your youthful driver. She is the love of my life. On June 7, 2022 I married a wonderful man, Russ Hinkle. We were married in Las Vegas on State Farm's 100th Anniversary. I have been slowly making my last name change to "Hinkle". Still the same agent, just a different last name. All three of us enjoy hunting in Raleigh and Greenbrier counties, kayaking on the Greenbrier river, riding our side by side everywhere we can and we enjoy spending time with our tiny Maltese dog Millie (who is definitely the queen of the castle)...
In 1996 I graduated from college, earning dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Business Administration and Health Care Administration. I am still actively taking courses toward my ChFC and CLU designations through the American College of Financial Services, in my ongoing quest to be that go-to agent that people can depend on for ALL of their insurance and financial needs for many years to come.
Prior to starting my career with State Farm I worked in the long-term care/assisted living industry for sixteen years. Since childhood, I have always loved interacting with senior adults. I began my journey with State Farm in 2012 working for another agent as a team member, learning as much as I possibly could about the insurance industry because I always knew I wanted to be a small business owner and have my own State Farm Agency. January 1, 2016 I had the amazing opportunity to take over for a long-time agent in the Beckley/MacArthur/Crab Orchard, WV area. I have been ever thankful for the blessing of State Farm and this agency in my life. My only regret is not becoming an agent many years earlier.
As a lifelong resident of Beckley, WV it is my passion to help others, both in good times and through the worst of times.
